ReplyDeleteGoing to pay money to a finishing school to actually learn to speak with an accent is like taking a picture with d image of the eiffel tower in the background without ever visiting paris,although there is nothing wrong with taking a picture,d image in d background depicts a message,so also a language with an accent,it depicts an individual who has stayed in a particular country over a period of time,let's be factual,people go to university to study german,portugese,spainish or french,but I dare say no university will ever teach to speak with an accent,even though u r studyin english
ReplyDeleteI think people should be proud of the way they communicate in english,I hav come across a lot of nationalities in d course of my traveling,and 1 thing I know is that people are easily recognised by their accent.
