Brymo to pay 22million Naira or remain a ChocBoy till 2016

Contrary to the news circulating in the early hours of today that Chocolate City didn’t get an injunction against Brymo’s Merchants, Dealers and Slaves album and also stopping him from further recording tracks that might be released to be promoted.

Brymo said and I quote – “Pls disregard any news about an injunction on my new album M,D&S, it’s all untrue.. Just a ploy to disrupt my release as usual..”

A source at the Chocolate City re-affirmed that there is indeed an injunction against Brymo and any plan he has till he fulfills his contract with Choc city. Brymo has 2 albums left in his contract with Chocolate City which expires in 2016.

Brymo has been served the injunction notice and he is now wanted by the court for compromising his contract with the recording company.

The law firm consulting for Chocolate City have also included a buyout clause for Brymo which is set at 22 Million Naira. Brymo has been asked to play out his contract with Choc city or simply activate the buyout clause of 22 million Naira which was agreed to by Choc city boss, Audu Maikori in order to resolve the issue.

Alot of people have wondered why Jesse Jagz wasn’t served an injunction when he released his “Thine kingdom Come” album and we have confirmed that Jesse’s contract with Chocolate city was over and it was easy for Jesse Jagz to quit the label without any problem.

Here's hoping that Audu Maikori can sort out this mess before it escalates

Picking our best and worst outfit for the week is not an easy task  but thanks to all the events and all the 'Celebs' who strut out in their attires, were going to give it a shot 

Here goes.....

BEST LOOKS OF THE WEEK

Dolapo Oni, Agbani, Fade Ogunro

Dolapo Oni at the OK Magazine Launch we thought looked stylish and chic in her matching shorts & blazer combo. The colour accentuated her complexion and the shoes sealed the deal. A shorter styled hair would probably have been better because of all that was going on with the top and jacket but we will give Ms. Oni an 8/10 still

Agbani at the Glam Report TV Launch killed us with this vertical striped dress. Although usually worn by more volumptious figured women, Agbani managed to pull it off even giving us an illusion of some bootay plus the hair  oh so Victoria Beckham, we think she looked amazing. 10/10

Fade Ogunro at the Sister with Soul Concert, the sister to popular music video director Sesan wore this sequined short dress that showed off fabulous legs. Sporting the same shoes as Dolapo Oni, were not sure who wore it better because Fade knocked us off our feet with the whole pairing. 8/10

One of Ghana's finest was at the GIAMAs in Houston and we would love to hate Yvonne for being oh so skinny and perfect but we just cant.

The fit and the form of this dress cannot be carried by all body types especially skinny ones but Ms. Nelson found a way and rocked it.

Yvonne you make couture proud!!

Omawumi, Rukky Sanda

Omawumi at the Smooth Luxury Concert did not do justice to the kind of event she was attending, it looks like she picked this outfit from the back of her cupboard and decided last minute to wear it.

The pastel colors are not working and the frumpy part in front makes her look bigger than she already is.

Omawumi we know you are a yummy mummy now but please hit the gym and let that voice match your body 3/10

Rukky Sanda, we dont know which looks worse, the hair or the dress Aaaarrgggh

We are trying to understand this blonde antics going on with 'over toned' celebs and its still mind boggling.

The dress FAIL, The hair FAIL

We thank God the shoes arent showing because we certain it would have been a fail too.

Jim Iyke & Nadia Buari to marry in Dec?

There's nothing we love more than a couple delivered from God himself

After a very public deliverance session with T.B Joshua and his peeps, Jim Iyke has been delivered from thee stumbling block that is holding him back from marriage so we here this December, Jim will be tying the knot with Miss Buari and finally making this African union Epic.

The ceremony will be small and very private and will probably not take place in Lagos but we will definitely get the details as they arrive.

Thanks to a sperm donor and a surrogate, she's now a mummy and we are inspired that her battle with endometriosis did not stop her from getting the family shes always wanted or not. 

Another beauty graced us with yet another beautiful baby boy this week, Mrs Hally Berry Oliver Martinez welcomed little Maceo Robert Martinez into the world on Saturday Oct 5 in Los Angeles. This is Mrs. Berry's second child, the first was with her ex husband Gabriel Audrey, we hope the baby daddies will fight less now!!

Yayyy some home grown babies in house, congrats to the funny man Julius Agwu on his second child with his lovely wife Ibiere. The bundle of joy is called Zadok Chibuike Juliue Agwu, so Zadok and Zahra are now royalty Naija entertainment shidren lol
