Celeb Fashion Best vs Worst

Picking our best and worst outfit for the week is not an easy task  but thanks to all the events and all the 'Celebs' who strut out in their attires, were going to give it a shot 

Here goes.....

BEST LOOKS OF THE WEEK

Dolapo Oni, Agbani, Fade Ogunro

Dolapo Oni at the OK Magazine Launch we thought looked stylish and chic in her matching shorts & blazer combo. The colour accentuated her complexion and the shoes sealed the deal. A shorter styled hair would probably have been better because of all that was going on with the top and jacket but we will give Ms. Oni an 8/10 still

Agbani at the Glam Report TV Launch killed us with this vertical striped dress. Although usually worn by more volumptious figured women, Agbani managed to pull it off even giving us an illusion of some bootay plus the hair  oh so Victoria Beckham, we think she looked amazing. 10/10

Fade Ogunro at the Sister with Soul Concert, the sister to popular music video director Sesan wore this sequined short dress that showed off fabulous legs. Sporting the same shoes as Dolapo Oni, were not sure who wore it better because Fade knocked us off our feet with the whole pairing. 8/10

One of Ghana's finest was at the GIAMAs in Houston and we would love to hate Yvonne for being oh so skinny and perfect but we just cant.

The fit and the form of this dress cannot be carried by all body types especially skinny ones but Ms. Nelson found a way and rocked it.

Yvonne you make couture proud!!

WORST WERE YOU THINKING??

Omawumi, Rukky Sanda

Omawumi at the Smooth Luxury Concert did not do justice to the kind of event she was attending, it looks like she picked this outfit from the back of her cupboard and decided last minute to wear it.

The pastel colors are not working and the frumpy part in front makes her look bigger than she already is.

Omawumi we know you are a yummy mummy now but please hit the gym and let that voice match your body 3/10

Rukky Sanda, we dont know which looks worse, the hair or the dress Aaaarrgggh

We are trying to understand this blonde antics going on with 'over toned' celebs and its still mind boggling.

The dress FAIL, The hair FAIL

We thank God the shoes arent showing because we certain it would have been a fail too.

1/10 (Because at least you had clothes on)

Iro vs Bold Print

There is a new way to tie your Iro now that it almost looks like a skirt.

Our traditional attires are coming back with a twist and we love them

The bold flower prints not so much, matching your top and bottom in such bold colors is not going work

Toke Makinwa threatens Grapevine Crew

Its a shame that Ms. Makinwa wanted to 'beat up' one of The Grapevine crew members because we crowned her number 1 in the LAFA Awards, an award we think is justified.

 A word of advice Ms. Makinwa - if you want to go far in the entertainment industry then try not to take every comment to heart better yet when next you see the person you want to beat then Bring It!!

KIRK ANTHONY LIVES ON

A big man - both physically and metaphorically - Kirk Anthony, The Voice of Smooth 98.1 FM Lagos passed on in the late hours Friday 31st of May 2013.   

Derrick first lit up Nigeria when he moved over in 2008. From that moment on, he won hearts and minds with his booming baritone, infectious laugh and welcoming personality. We can take comfort from the fact that he died in a place he loved, surrounded by people who loved him. 

Kirk lives on - in his daughters, in his legacy, and, most of all, in our memories.

Derrick - from Sope, from Mazi'no, from Joehanson and from Shade Ladipo - hope you're living it up in the Big Man's House.
